Someone hit my car in Jan.in Maryland. It was not totaled and was under Maryland's 75% "not totaled" percentage. So they are supposed to repair it. But they said, well, there could be "hidden damage" and therefore are totaling it anyway. So what is the point of this Maryland law if they can just claim possible "hidden damage"???? ITS Worthless. A loophole as big as China. This was my spare car, a pristine, well maintained, low mileage car. Erie is...

On June 7th One of their policy holders hit my brand new car.I Called them. They acted interested. Called back. Told me they have witness sstatements and even asked me what repair shop I would want to use. It's been days. My statefarm agent called multiple times. I've called 6 times, left voicemails and emails. NOTHING BACK. And now the agents phone goes straight to voicemail. Read reviews about horrible service. This is terrible. Now I have to...

In the last situation it took them 14 days to accept the liability for the insured person, in...

I was rear ended by an Erie insured driver. Pushed into another vehicle. I was first told I could not get my car repaired until the adjuster returned from vacation. I still have a injury claim from that accident which happened on May 5th. It is now August 5th and they are still giving me the run around. Not professional at all. Most of my calls go unanswered for days. In some cases weeks. If you are ever involved with Erie. Get a lawyer. How...
