Erie Insurance - Claim delay
I am not a customer of Erie but a claimant. They took 5 weeks to evaluate a repair estimate.
At every opportunity they delayed and did not respond to voice mails and emails. It has been a very frustrating experience. At the. End of it they have continued to delay by any means possible.
I am doing everything I can to let the contractor, who is their customer, what a poor experience I have had.
Hopefully they will fire Erie Insurance and hire a real insurance company. My interaction with them has been unbelievably frustrating and I have filed a complaint with the NC dept of insurance.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
