After having 2 roofing companies show obvious hail damage to my roof,Erie denies my claim. My next door neighbor and the neighbor 2 doors away had their roofs inspected and approved for replacement. In our subdivision of less than 50 homes, approx. half has claimed hail damage this year and have had roof replacement. There is no way my roof has been skipped over by the same hail storm! All other claiments are insured by other companies,go figure! What can I do?Is there a class action suit I can join in on?Erie needs to be brought to bear! 128d2cb

I had the exact same problem My nebor with the same shingles by the same builder in the same year had no problem. My neibor across the street had a 2 year old roof, his was replaced due to excessive grit in the gutters. They also Lied to me repetedly saying my shingles were part of a lawsuit, turns out they are not. I am filing a complaint with the state.

You do not need a class action suit. You need a Public Adjuster. If you are in PA or MD, I am licensed by those states respective Insurance Commissioners to represent home owners with claims. Look me up on Facebook or e-amail me bbennett @ Metropa.com and I will provide a complementary assesment of your situation.
